An organic, handmade cheese from Dumfriesshire in Scotland. Often overlooked, this little rarity has a strong cheddar type of flavour. A decent rind and a long aftertaste which hits the palate a while after the initial taste. The farming and quality of this cheese is hard to beat.

Unpasteurised/Vegetarian.

Handmade to a traditional recipe this soft and creamy stilton is in a league of its own. Strong enough to pack a full flavour with no hint of bitterness or dryness this is one of the finest examples and is Stilton at its very best.

Pasteurised/Vegetarian.

From the Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk comes this tasty little number. A British Brie to rival the its French counterparts, it has a rich , earthy and powerful flavour. It ripens to perfection, oozing in parts with a little bit of solididty in the middle.
