A delicious hard cheese made by the famous Kaltbach Dairy in Switzerland. A little bit smoother in flavour than a typical gruyere thanks to the addition of extra cream. With a good flavour this is a little gem of a cheese.

Classic blue Italian cheese that oozes away as it is cut into. Its tastes as good as it looks. With a lovely buttery texture, it’s a real smoothie.

Rightfully deserving of many of the awards it has won this is a terrific cheese. Its charcoal covering and tubular shape give this cheese a distinctive and impressive appearance. It tastes as good as it looks. A soft but strong creamy flavour makes it difficult to stop nibbling at.

Unpasteurised/ Animal Rennet.

A triple cream cheese from the Burgundy area. Its soft and mild when eaten young. Its sumptuous, velvety texture is a positive luxury, and a delight when paired with Light sparkling wines. It arrives in a little wooden box and can be eaten straight away or kept for a couple of weeks to ripen further.
