Pasteurised/Vegetarian Rennet.
Nettle covered cheese with a smooth, light flavour. Made by the Lynther Dairy in Cornwall. Mild and slightly springy in texture. Well suited for those who prefer a cheese that is a little more reserved in strength.
Pasteurised/Vegetable Rennet.
Full flavoured traditional French Brie. Our Brie is made by the well respected family run Donge. Perfect and ripe it has a taste of “Le Terroir”.
Unpasteurised/Animal Rennet.
A super soft, sticky blue cheese. Mild and gentle on the palette with just the perfect hint of bluey overtones. A real pleaser, even for those who might be a little resistant to the blue cheeses.
