A semi-hard cheese from Cornwall. Delicate in flavour with and open in texture. Covered in nettle leaves to form a unique rind which can be eaten. Makes a good addition to a cheese board and particually lends itself to larger catering where a whole Yarg can be displayed and the pretty nettle patterns put on show. Popular as it universal appeal.
